A license is required when early childhood services are provided for more than five children under the age of twelve, or more than three children under the age of twenty four months.

 

Licenses will be issued for the ages of 0-12 years. It is the provider’s discretion what ages they will care for within that range, with the exception of preschool and school age licenses.
